Assa Abloy Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Assa Abloy AB is a Swedish conglomerate whose offerings cover products and services ranging from locks, doors, gates and entrance automation. This also includes controlling identities with keys, cards, tags, mobile and bio-metric identity verification systems. Assa Abloy was formed in 1994, when Assa AB was separated from Swedish security firm Securitas AB.

John P mentioned: Assa Abloy customer service after the sale is non-existent. They won't call you back for at least 24 hours after you get on the waiting list for technical support. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy these products if you expect any timely service on your system."

"The previous America’s CEO created an ingrained culture of lies and intimidation. The current leadership maintains the same ruthless management style. Present themselves as a well run company, but when you look behind the power point presentations it’s all BS."

Former Employee - District Sales Representative says

"To many to list ranges from District Managers not doing anything. To bad commission structure getting paid quarterly not monthly."

Current Employee - Machine Operator says

"Management is not for the employees. Management Never does a thorough investigation of problems employees have to endure. Senior employees make it hard for newcomers. Most employees are always concerned about other employees vacation when it is used, how much they get paid more than the other, always spreading rumors about each other. It’s like a big high school of 40+year old men and women. Employees that have been there 10+years feel invincible and irreplaceable and management gives them the fuel to keep that going. No matter how hard you work your yearly raise will always be the same. No room for growth at all. There is racial tension and divide. Worse experience ever working in the industrial and manufacturing field."

Former Employee - Accounts Manager says

"Low Commissions off of long term sales cycles."

Current Employee - Machine Operator says

"They lie they lie lie"

Former Employee - Manager says

"44000 + employee company and the 2 "TOP DOGS" are leaving the company...yikes.. Office politics to the 15th degree. No training program whatsoever, Sink or Swim. Obscene amounts of work and responsibilities because they want to run lean. Couple years there and seen 23 terminations of managers and field workers. They averaged 1 a month. Some 25 year vets."

Lockspinner (Former Employee) says

"horrible management.. unfortunately in 2016 I had to give my written notice to leave the company, due to no childcare of my daughter.. I reapplied for the job roughly a year or two later to be told I won't be accepted back into the company without any given reason as to why, i was asked myself by an agency called career link why they wouldnt have me back, which was also unknown even though they were accepting workers back in.In the time I worked there I felt as though I had been treated unfairly and different to everybody else just because I was the supervisors daughter. In the time being away from assa abloy, people who work with the company (not management) have asked me why it is I won't be returning to assa abloy and I was also one of the best lock spinners they have had.nothingManager."

Welder (Former Employee) says

"Worst job I have ever had. I highly recommend seeking work elsewhere. They do not care for there employees and will take complete advantage of you. You will be required to work 6 days a week and over 12 hrs a day. The kids that work there are lazy and have no work ethic."

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says

"Management does not care about the employees. They don't want to provide any training. Toxic environment and ill-mannered colleagues. Some managers are so stupid they could not take decisions. They rely on what other people said. Some managers do nothing and wasting time in the office by gossiping and doing politics. There is a group of mangers' pets. They also do nothing and when some issue came up they like to blame other hard working colleagues. If you are old and not have any education but you know how to do asskissing they will hire you for sure. Stressful life- they will make sure you will be stressed out either by putting more workload or humiliating you in front of everyone, office politics is high as they love gossip, poor pay, always treating employees to fire them, no growth opportunities.Nothing good is thereStressful life, high office politics, low pay, toxic environment"

"Horrible place to work. They promise one thing and never follow through. HR is women who bully and enjoy controlling others lives.
